I think Obama focused on getting africa to accept homosexuality. I think he left the Arabs alone. Putin made several public statements against homosexuality during OB’s term and OB turned and cried and went to his room.
I’m sure he didn’t lobby the Saudis about it...
However, separate offices and staff in developing world countries, JUST for promoting LGBT?
