In the
liveleak video, he is visibly agitated and jumps over the 2nd floor balcony, hits a planter level, and then falls and hits head first in the lobby.
It's possible he was making a run for it, intended to land on the planter and from there jump down to the lobby. The fall would have been OK if he hadn't landed on his head.

Doesnt look like a 69 year old Saudi prince going over the rail.

Yeah. Not very high. Poor boy had very little athletic skills. Thought he was a spider man and fell straight down.

Video is reportedly of a different person, different country. Has nothing to do with a Saudi Prince in London.

Actually, I found that sort of funny to watch.
I dont think he was trying to commit suicide. He was simply trying to get away from the security that was ordering him out.
He completely miscalculated his weight and his ability to properly jump.
It seemed like his legs his the first outcropping.

That didn’t look like a ‘suicide’ to me. It looked like he was trying to get away from someone he was yelling at and misjudged his landing on teh planter and then fell on his head, probably breaking his neck..................
