well, if I were white and lived in or was visiting NOLA, I’d bypass this restaurant. It won’t be in business for long. NOLA is a food town, your food has to be good or you are out of business but pronto.

You are very correct. I am a white boy and a pharmacist now retired. My boss was black and he was paid more than me because he was the boss. He earned his money plus. I had his same job at another VA Hospital and it really was horrible. It is not fun being a boss in a VA Hospital. Half your time is taken up by whiners that just do not want to do their job.
