How come they are worried about violating the student’s First Amendent rights but not their Second ???

Well, most of those teachers and administrators would have never had a problem with the creeps they voted for having whacked these kiddies prior to birth.

They’re under 18 so they don’t have second amendment rights... oh, wait, I wonder what that says about them having first? ;-)

IMHO a simple question.

At what age does a person achieve the full rights of American CITIZENSHIP?

Depending on the subject, rights of American CITIZENSHIP start as young as 7 or as old as 21. I base my age window based on the entire Constitution; 7 for sexual identification, the 19th Amendment (by extension of the right to vote) and 21 for the ability to purchase an AR-17, the 2nd Amendment.

No matter what age is initially selected liberals and their supporting infrastructure will argue for a younger age. Life will get interesting as really young ages are discussed (we are already in some areas down to grade school ages ((gender self identification)).

The real fun starts when you start encroaching on the abortion issue/ages.
