There has never been an embattled Democrat or a controversial liberal entertainer/host in the history of media.

I can't believe how all of this is changing.

Two years ago I always was uncomfortable with DJT when be started the personal chit with his opponents-Little Marco, Lyin' Ted, Low-Energy Jeb etc.

Tonight he calls Chuck Todd a "sleepy son of a bitch" and says Maxine Water is "low I.Q.", and it doesn't get a yawn out of me.

A couple of weeks ago Martha Raddatz called PIAPS "Crooked Hillary" during a live interview-The Times They Are A Changing".

He stands in stark contrast to all the spineless ninnies that have held the office in my lifetime with the exception of Reagan.

Pot is poision! It is the greatest threat facing this nation. Just ask Sleepy Jeff Sessions. Its so important he does not have time to even look into lesser crimes like Hillary’s fake dossier and lying to FISA Court.

Trump is better than Reagan. Much better speaker and far more energy.

I don't have any objection to executing drug dealers, but I wouldn't think that the average life expectancy of a street level drug dealer is very long to begin with. And that doesn't seem to stop them. Waiting for years in prison on Death Row to be executed would probably extend their life expectancy.

Would the death penalty apply to owners of marijuana dispensaries in places where it is legal?

Much of what Singapore does to ensure an orderly society was made illegal in the US in 1791 when the Bill of Rights was ratified.

There are countless parents, some of whom are celebrities or are very wealthy, who are a micron away from blowing away drug dealers who have taken their sons and daughters to the grave or to incapacitation.

Drug dealers are scum, devilish scum. Society won’t miss them.

I welcome Trump removing the boxing gloves. The pundits will lose their minds Sunday morning. But it will not change one Trump vote in November. See you at the poles in November.

Don’t do the crime unless you are willing to pay the price. Dealing drugs is dealing death. You seem OK with that. Shame on you!

Be careful before jumping on the death penalty for drug dealing because you never know if jr. Is selling pot or a little bit of Coke or ecstasy at college.

Even Singapore doesn’t impose the death penalty for a little bit of pot. It’s 18 oz.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misuse_of_Drugs_Act_(Singapore)#Thresholds
To get more than seven years in NY, you need to be caught with more than 10 lbs.

I expect if the death penalty were imposed, we’re looking at 10x Singapore’s limits.

Yea, but it’s the bigger fish that drew her in. Those are the ones you want to make examples of. Kinda makes the idea of be a little fish all the more unappealing.

But we’re not. We’re not an authoritarian state. We are a Republic with guaranteed freedoms, and due process.

I believe they also have due process. It’s just their due process occurs a lot faster. Based on Google searches, it appears that their average arrest to appeals to execution (or acquittal) time span maxes out at 5 years. Based on perhaps an hour of Google research over the past decade, I think convicted criminals get two appeals.

Prior to the 60’s, and the downward spiral of the American court system, we used to execute murderers as quickly* 3 years after their arrest, including all appeals. Not sure if the Supremes put a crimp on expedited trials and appeals, but we are now at 20 years for Death Row prisoners.

* Sacco and Vanzetti were fried 7 years after their arrest. Hickock and Smith, the murderers of the Clutter family depicted in Truman Capote’s In Cold Blood, were executed just over 5 years after their arrest. But Bruno Hauptmann, the Lindbergh baby killer, was executed just 1-1/2 years after his arrest.
