Note: All names in bold voted for the bill. Names highlighted in yellow get extra disdain because they were rated "A" by the NRA. It should also be noted that I did not compile the spreadsheet but in checking other sources it appears accurate.

Not the first time we got a haircut from republicans. (See Henry Hyde and the 1994 semi auto ban.)

I grew up in California in the 1980’s and now live in NE Florida. Florida reminds me so much of CA back then. It won’t be long until it is a solid blue state. 10 years. 20 at the most. Florida is filling up with blue state refugees and Democrat leaning Hispanics. As you say, it’s only a matter of time.

the first thing you have to do is get your base energized. Democrats know this republicans don’t. Republicans are doing everything they can to make sure their base stays home. Republican seem to think that they have to be more like democrats to win. They learned not one thing from the 2016 election. Now they support gun control, backing the BRT, CC over the people, the leadership has done everything it can to stop Trump. It is the republicans in congress that keep pushing the Trump/Russian BS and keep calling in people who know Trump to testify. Nunes is the only Republican that is trying to look at the real Russian collusion Obama, Clinton, FBI, DOJ with zero help from Ryan and McConnell. I am beginning to think that the republican establishment wants to lose so they can blame Trump and have the democrats keep the Trump/Russia BS alive

>>Could this swing Florida blue?

There is no R or D. Its a lie. The Progressives control both parties. The American middle class is being eradicated and when it is rendered politically irrelevant, everything will turn “blue” (which is actually RED).

I’ve been trying to rationalize why these Republicans would vote FOR a law, taking weapons away from younger folks. Well, I can’t! And, I’m pretty pissed! Will be seeing my house member’s husband this morning. He’ll get an earful from me!

That's what happened to Nevada and Colorado.

It very well could if enough p.o.'d gun owners stay home in disgust.

To be fair, the Floriduh law does not take away weapons, it only restricts sales. Possession for long guns for those under 21 is still legal.

There are people who rationalize all the gun laws in California as well. After all, they aren’t actually taking our guns away. Yet.

South Florida is GONE. The I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando is nearly gone.

All that leaves as solidly pro-American in Florida is the lightly populated panhandle and Jax. With the explosive growth now in Jax that will change fast I notice my regular fast food places here in Jax are quickly Hispanizing. Once a Hispanic manager is hired they try to hire their own kind.

We need to enjoy our victories with POTUS because while we may win those battles the war has been lost.

Keep that in mind when he runs for Senate. Just what need need in the Senate: another two faced lying traitor with no spine.

I recall reading where the NRA removed him from their list of speakers for their annual meeting coming in May. This was before the school shooting. I wonder if bad blood was already brewing between Scott and the NRA.

This will be little more than a fart in the wind come November. It will help Scott beat Nelson and move the effort to reset the voting age at 21.
