According to Trooper Logan Brouse, the victim reported being the target of "violent hand gestures" from a 6-year-old male student at 10:45 a.m. Friday.
Police said they are treating the case as a terroristic threats investigation.

Hey, there is probably a study that shows every mass shooter had a history as a six year old making violent hand gestures. After the law enforcement failures in Florida, Penn State police are not going to be accused of missing the warning signs.
