I read that it was a 500 round clip, and that it wasn't an Assault Rifle 15, but a Weapon of War 15, which shoots fully automatic at a rate of 6000 rds/sec.

Lord have mercy. A 200 round clip. Shouldn’t make a difference even if 10 twenty round magazines. Training is to attack and neutralize not cower especially over a non-existent magazine (clip). ARs don’t use clips.

You can expect a cop to run towards danger and use all available opportunities to avoid detection and try to slip up on the perpetrator unnoticed and take him out.

Why do so many act like the cop should almost challenge the shooter to a shootout at 100 paces? A school building would have offered many ways for a cop to move in undetected on a shooter occupied with hunting down victims.
