I suspect they are in love and she is doing what needs to be done for acceptability in the Church of England. They just need to be left alone and with luck live happily ever after.

Prince William speaking to Harry, “It is a lot easier being number two than number one.” This conversation really happened.

I wish William and Harry and family well. They deserve it. They were both warriors and brave men in the service of the crown, their grandmother.

This will not be a marriage made in heaven... The woman will likely leaving him standing at the altar and that would actually be a good thing. He’s one of the most intelligent and down to earth royals and he deserves better.

I had the same thought but then I realized that she just attended Immaculate Heart High and never converted. As a protestant, she may never have been baptized.

Some people know how to become whatever is required to reel in the person they’re targeting. They know how to make that person feel loved, and to feel that they are the most important person in the world. They can become a ‘dream come true’, but they often destroy the lives of those they shine their light on.

Amongst these types of people are those with personality disorders who ‘split’ people into ‘amazing’ and ‘horrible’. Unfortunately, they tend to split the same people into both these categories at different times: “You’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” You’re the worst person in the universe.”

Destructive.

Oh, stop it! You are very mean. The grace of God conferred on her in a real Baptism can transform her entirely! I wish them the best of luck, and mamny beautiful children!

Hadn't realized that...thanks for sharing. And they're getting married in St. George's Chapel (at Windsor), where Henry, Jane Seymour, and their son Edward VI is buried.

The Church of England hasn’t become as useless as the U.S. Episcopal Church, but as a supposed Anglican province, it’s pretty close. Wouldn’t think the CofE would care about the Goldigger’s religion (or lack of it), but likely the Queen does. I just wonder what the royal family will think in a few years when she starts to look like a Jamaican cane field worker.

It’s Harry’s life, he has the right to ruin it if he wants.

Looks like Harry has found himself Jane Fonda, the sequel.

What could go wrong?

“Did you hear the one about the prince, priest, the 2 ministers, the rabbi and Meghan Markle all stuck in a life raft adrift at sea?”

Does it have anything to do with Nantucket?

Perhaps she was not previously baptized. Many non-Catholic, non-Orthodox religious groups do not baptize as a matter of course, and in her hit-or-miss variety of religious experiences, she may never have been baptized.
