I understand and would not argue against what you had to obey in the law.

However, the 2nd Amendment says that a person’s RKBA cannot be infringed, in part expressly because of a person’s responsibility to the militia. As has been pointed out elsewhere, in US Code the militia specifically includes all men 17 to 45 YO.

Therefore, a law that gives sellers the right to infringe on a person in that age category from his RKBA is an invalid law because it violates the US Constitution.

Just a thought.

If you want to debate the Constitutionality of the law, that’s legit, and a whole new discussion on its own.

All I can tell you is that from my personal experience I was happy I had the option to say no.

Why does any given person HAVE to sell to anyone else? That’s absurd. Violates the 4th Amend.

If you can’t get it from one get it from another.
