This is the way. Just do it, don’t wait for DC. You’ll have to do it quietly though or loonie left will mobilize on your school’s grounds.

"fortified to protect against any bullet except one fired from an assault rifle."

BZZZZTTTT!!!!

Obvious brazen lie, told by an "Ignorant Amos".

On body carry is the safest and most expedient method.

...and actually, this might be as good an example as any of the virtue of Federalism. Who says it's the federal government's place to do anything in the public schools in [fillinyourfavoritegungrabberstatehere]?

IOW leave arming school personnel up to the states according to their own values and then see how things go from there. Once people in those states start paying the consequences maybe they'll wisen up. That's a callous thing to say, yes, but someone show me where I'm wrong. People can move to or from anywhere as they please.

Those who wish to remain in a gun-free-zone state would be free to do so, and those who wish to deter psychotic people can move, or continue to live, in states that have deterrence in the schools.

After awhile, states that fail in this regard look to states that succeed and then change can happen.

I live in Sidney. While Sheriff Lenhart is a bit of publicity hound, don’t mess with him.

This headline subject caught my eye. How many of you remember... grew up in a society where there was no such thing as a gun free zone, or a need for a teacher to be armed to protect the kids in school? When teenagers and young adults knew what a gun was for and didn’t question or think about using it against a another person.... where the rifle hung across the back window of many pick ups and not a sign of anyone using it on another person... when abortion was not legal and when a computer was not to be had with all the bad in the world... and when parents held their kids responsible and when the Bible and Jesus was allowed in our schools!!!

Just wondered if I was the only one....

Trump Wants to Arm Teachers. These Schools Already Do.

It is amazing to see those opposing this tactic because they fear for the child's safety, but at the same time don't mind, and are perfectly content, to have their children's brains and attitudes twisted by the same individuals.

I do agree that some teachers should not be armed, mostly the flaming lib radicals.

I volunteered to the DOE to study Isreal’s educational policies at no cost, except room and board. Have never gotten a response from the slackards.
