While that may be true (and even all the other claims that it is somehow recorded), it can only record WHO IS SPEAKING. It cannot record or identify WHO IS LISTENING.
Let's say you are Nellie Ohr and you have an important 'document' you want your accomplice to pick up. Your accomplice , for the sake of argument, is a foreign agent.
You take your document to the 'document drop', then return home and get on your HAM RADIO and announce "The PIZZA IS READY".
Your accomplice HEARS this and goes to the document drop and picks up the document.
THERE IS NO WAY ANYONE, no matter what technology they have, can IDENTIFY who HEARD the broadcast.
Excellent point.
I must admit, my only exposure to Ham Radio was back in 1965 when a friend’s father spent all his time tying weights onto wires and throwing them through and over the trees on his property!
It was very mysterious to me...

Yeah, there are a few others I could have expanded on, but I limited it to just the links that he mentioned. Perkins Coie has always been a shifty outfit. They are the ones that handled all of the Obama BC issues in court ( they are the ones that flew to Hawaii to get a "copy" ). Back in one of the very first cases, a judge in CA ( Carter I think ) indicated that he wanted a full hearing in court on the merits of the case. In the intervening months he got a new law clerk. When the case came back before the judge he dismissed it. The law clerk happened to be from Perkins Coie.
Codes are veboten, especially with a standard Tech license. If you want, you can use code-books and code-words, but it could not be obvious that it was crypto. That brings the attention of nasty folk. In the article it talks several times about the NSA sucking up all internet traffic. Well, the orwellian droids at the NSA cut their teeth on sigint. That's signals intellegence for those of you in Rio Linda. Sigint was the primay reason the NSA was formed in the first place. Anyone who thinks security through obscurity and clumsy cloak and dagger crap is going to be affective against the NSA when you originate transmissions from the DC area are living in a massive dream world. I want your drugs.
The earliest mention I could find about Nellie Orr was from an article in the NY Post on Dec 11,2017. So before then, the public didn't know about her or that she had a radio license. I came up with the following on a Google search. Noted it is dated Oct, 9 2016. She had her license issued on May 23, 2016. So this post is just a little under 3 months after she had her license issued. He is using her callsign. I doubt anybody in the public knew about this in October 2016. Also notice how he describes himself. Now, this obviously isn't his real name - he uses others later on with the callsign. I could see people using this on Twitter and such after it became known she had a ham license, but less than 3 months after she had it issued ? Strange.
Typo 3 months should be 5 months
