San Francisco interim Mayor Mark Farrell announced Thursday that the city plans to pay for legal representation of any immigrant that the Trump administration tries to deport.
On Thursday, ICE announced 232 arrests in Northern California in a four-day period.
Farrell spoke at Carecen, an immigrant rights organization in the Mission District, where he made the announcement alongside Supervisor Sandra Lee Fewer and Supervisor Hillary Ronen. He said his goal is to make sure every single immigrant that the Trump administration tries to deport has legal representation in immigration court. “We are in unprecedented territory here,” Farrell said. “He is targeting our immigrant community, here in San Francisco. We’re not going to stand for that.”

Why send ICE to the bay area?
We should do like Trump threatened a send ICE to mayors who want help. (I’ve been saying this for months, not just because Trump said it recently).
Make it well known that we are prioritizing ICE efforts based on how much a city wants help and SanFran/Oakland is the safest place for the foreseeable future. If those voters are fine with that, a whole lot of illegals will all be in one place when we finally get around to the bay area.

IMO, Trump should be rounding up EVERY govt employee, from gov down, whom is/has aided and abetted lawbreaking.
Once the biz start to cry you know you’re making a difference.
But to leave (the last) good citizens in that lawless cesspool? They don’t pay taxes for nothing...

I wonder how many agents ICE could cram into San Francisco at one time. It’s time to surprise the corrupt local government by finding out, a week or two weeks from today, when they think it’s over. See if they can round up a couple thousand criminals who entered our country illegally or overstayed a visa.
They - the Bay Area political elite - need the illegals, for all the work the lowest-paid citizens of the area won’t do for the wages the illegals will take. The illegals will live in the worst conditions and for the worst wages, keeping expenses for the elites down in certain areas, while citizens want jobs that will pay them enough to live in one of the most expensive areas of the country - a feat more and more citizens of the Bay Area find they cannot do.

Trump has no authority to round up anyone. That's Jeff Session's job. Need I say more?
