President Trump calls a decision by Attorney General Jeff Sessions "disgraceful" in a tweet.

Sessions has repeatedly angered Trump in moves related to a probe of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Trump's tweet refers to Sessions' recent decision to have the Justice Department's inspector general review a request by prosecutors and the FBI to monitor Trump campaign official Carter Page and his suspected contacts with Russians.

.
One has to have massive connections in high places to get elected to the senate.

No senator can be considered unbiased, and Sessions is buried up to his chin in corrupt dealings that can surface to discredit him.

If so inclined, send President Trump a message and tell him to fire dumbass Sessions. I did! I got tired of this gutless moron.

Why is he posting this on Twitter? Why doesn’t he call Sessions into his office and tell him to get his act together or he is FIRED?

Trump is an experienced and successful CEO. I am sure he and Sessions have talked extensively in private about things that we do not need to know just yet. To believe otherwise is to believe that Trump is incompetent.

The tweets are for public consumption and are probably misdirection.

“””””I’m convinced appointing Sessions had to be some kind of secret deal Trump was forced to make to have peace with the top RINOs in late 2016.””””””””””””

Sadly, I believe you are right. They approved him in return for a guarantee of no action against anyone in the old guard. Birds of a feather and all that.

Donnie should have taken off the rose colored glasses a year ago. Sessions is dirty, or Mueller has dirt on him.

Sorry - after a year plus of this non-sense it is obvious this is not brilliant politics. Rather it is Trump’s inability to hire and manage.

It is time to slash and burn.

Tweets for public consumption that skewer an employee openly isn’t ‘clever misdirection’ , -it’s poor management.

Either this is one huge headfake or the “trust Sessions” crowd is very wrong. I am inclined to the latter. Although, I don’t understand why Trump would be negative towards the IG, he seems to be doing a very good job so far.

Don’t bother explaining. According to FR Sessions is a globalist swamp creature. Or the husband of Granny from Beverly Hillbillies.

The Swamp to Sessions is not the Swamp, it’s his backyard.

I agree.

I also think Trump is stuck between a hard place and a rock. He knows full well that the dems will never agree to approve ANYONE he wants nominated.

I’d love to see Sessions fired, but then what?

Sessions has been slowly building a complete shakedown of big pharma to fatten politicians coffers and to pay settlements to the feds. The money is all that matters. Big pharma with opioids is the new big tobacco.

That’s my take too. I actually quit a dam good job once because the supervisor screamed at people who worked for her in front of the whole unit instead of having a conversation in her office.
This kind of stuff is horrible.
