I think the narrative here....is to convince people to mandate that bullets should be made to move at slower speeds. If everyone had access ONLY to slow bullets, then the world would be a safer place.

I think the problem here is that we don’t have any labs working on making slow bullets. American should lead the way to making slow bullets. /cynically spoken/
