The Broward shooting has been pinpointed as the catastrophic results of Broward’s 2009 progressive policy in which Broward schools and L/E colluded in an
insane “liberal agreement.” They agreed to:

<><> stop enforcing the law on school campuses

<><> they “improved” student behavior statistics –

<><> they artificially reduced the number of reported student crimes, and

<><> they altered the ethnic makeup of student arrests. The intended result? To pocket more state and federal funding.......a greedy money grab that caused 17 teen deaths.

But wait——it gets even worse.

In 2016, Obama used Broward’s “progressive model agreement” to stop enforcing the law on school
campuses nationwide. Compliance with the Obama guidelines play a role in determining the level of
federal funding directed toward schools and law enforcement.

I think it is interesting that they targeted a very highly white population to be the model for other districts to follow.

Superintendent Robert Runcie was hired by the school board from the Chicago Public School system where he was the chief of staff to the Chicago Superintendent. His background was consulting.

Best part yet - he and Obama were friends in Chicago. What could go wrong?
