This is why we need vouchers for safe, private Christian schools. Let the NEA and other Satan-spawn consume each other and get our kids out of it.
It should be a local issue. I believe 8 states allow armed teachers, 6 likely adopting it soon. Clearly the NEA considers teachers morons unable to handle a firearm safely, clearly a danger to students. They should know their teachers, and some probably are, but others aren’t. So the states and then districts get to decide. Like the predicted shootouts predicted by the anti gunners at every intersection, teachers shooting others won’t happen. Though 4 or 5 years ago a teacher shot a toilet. Dropped her weapon from her lap and grabbed it by the trigger. Even then, better than the occasional LEO who puts his weapon on the towel container in the bathroom and forgets it. Must be tough to be an NEA leader, yell and scream and only a few radicals pay attention. Like Bernie Sanders.
NEA like Planned Parenthood is an extreme left wing of the DNC. There were HRC’s most ardent supporters second only to the SEIU.
No need for the government to arm them. Just abolish gun-free school zones and let them arm themselves.
If approached she would volunteer in a heartbeat because she knows how good her skills are and would rather trust her students lives under her care. She practices every weekend. Her boyfriend says she is amazing at skeet shooting
A sheriff in Ohio offered free training for teachers. His class had over 250 applicants for 50 slots.
Give them a few days off for training, an official certificate and a bump in pay and you’ll have those union members coming out of the woodwork for this program. Make it just like one of those Democrat vote buying schemes, works every time.

The NEA does more damage to our Children than the NRA they blame for everything just like an Insane Democrat Voter does more damage to America than a Insane Democrat with a Rifle.

Meanwhile, armed guards protect the schools where the more important than yours and my kids go to school, and teachers aren’t bitching about it.
NEA is a ultra left wing organization. It endorses co Munich as the best economic system.

My company is also called NEA (Northeast Analysis). I wonder if I can use my awesome powers to post up a bunch of right-wing things to counter them in a google search.
And believe me, my staff has one dem on it and it’s enough to make me pull my hair out.
