That raises an interesting question.

Are juvenile records completely expunged at age 18?

When a gun shop runs your criminal background check, does everything pre-18 come up blank?

If he was charged with adult crimes or any crime with punishment over a year, they should show up on a NICS check.

The problem is between the Broward County school boardl and the Broward County Sheriff, they didn't WANT to arrest any teens and risk giving them a felony record, because they they couldn't vote (D).
