Yes that is true, but is still survives online.

In November 2017, it was announced Teen Vogue would cease its print edition and continue as an online-only publication as part of a new round of cost cuts.

Hopefully followed by folding up and going completely out of existence. At this point it's just another outlet for corrupt perversion - dime a dozen these days.
