We watched most of the downhills last night.

They should’ve renamed it to the Lindsey Vonn “Walk On Water Spectacle”. I still don’t understand why they didn’t just “deem” her the gold winner. Never had to navigate so much drool in my entire life.

I got tired of the drool on NBC, especially the comments that “weather played a factor, sometimes it gives you a bad break,” excuses for Vonn nonstop.

Don’t do the Tweet if you can’t stand the heat.

She should have spent more time on her sport and less time on politics!!!

Exactly, if her passion is politics then focus on running for office.

“Civil discourse no longer exists, even among families.”

Off Topic:....I know about THAT first hand.People can change dramatically from childhood compared to after the age of 60.
My oldest sister still refuses to admit who won the election.
She has changed in other ways too, far more self centered than I recall her being. Not the way we were raised at all. Sometimes life kicks you around, and you permanently change from within.

That’s the norm for Americans under 30. I read a story about it a few years ago so I asked the younger people in my family about it in a roundabout way. They told stories about being surprised that European college kids were so patriotic (year abroad). They said no American kids were proud of their country only proud of their state or city.

The Olympics is just representing what’s real.

"Go For The Bronze"

I don't know.

Just seems to be something missing...
