This guy is full of crap. No way he could make that kind of markup. Common criminals and gang bangers don’t pay those rates. Too many other ways to get guns in CA.
I could see someone making a 50-percent mark-up because the seller is taking a risk, and the risk involves jail-time. The other side of this is that people want a gun which has no history....hasn’t been used in a crime already which would drag you into more issues if ever caught. To suggest that this would be your full-time trade, and you make $100,000 a year off this sales effort....well, I’d just shake my head.
