Go ask them....any other folks that they visited more than 20 times? I’ll bet they have a listing of a dozen students like that. I’d fire the sheriff, the local judge, and the whole school board. They all failed....along with the FBI. If you have a kid in that school district...you should just give up, and move.
They are the desired outcome of The Frankfurt School (of social Marxism), processed with pubic school indoctrination since the 1950’s, followed by the added use of media, churches, social media and most recently SJW groups.

Saw a video last night of him on twitter, he could NOT remember all his lines he was saying on MSNBC..any proof this guy was even at the school that day..I mean honestly if you need to be told what happened makes me wonder if he was even there
These two are not even students at this school. They are crisis actors that CNN brings in to many of these sorts of events to give commentary and ultimately, push an agenda. Do some searching on the web - you’ll find numerous pictures and videos of them being interviewed and even posing for group photographs with each other, smiling even though there is a tragedy that has occurred.
