True that. It is amazing what several days without a shave and then a good clean shave will do to my face.
At least that is what the wife says!!
I'm old and ugly, so nothing I do to my face makes any sort of improvement. Baseball cap, big sunglasses and keeping my eyes towards the floor (head tilted down) does wonders to avoid surveillance.
Always buy in an urban setting and never EVER go directly back to your vehicle after purchasing a burner phone. It also helps to have outer garments on that can be quickly & easily removed and disposed of to eliminate traceability of your person from public camera's.
