Stupid governments in SacraMENTAL and other spots have made it impossibly costly to get an apartment or buy a house.
Parts of Minneapolis, a.k.a New Mogadishu, are vying for honorable mention sh*h*les for many of the same reasons. Within a mile of the site of the recent Super Bowl are areas that resemble a third world country.
Yes, Detroit comes to mind. The Mayor thinks the solution is to provide hotel vouchers, trailers, eventually condos? (I wouldn’t put it past him). Who pays mortgages, utilities? Who provides food? What if they don’t like it? Do they get halal? What if they are gluten free? Oh, I see - it is on We the Taxpayers?? Thanks buddy. Great clear thinking/ not.
