One month for trail... one more for appeal..then a public hanging
The lawyers love this ...the county will be broke after all the lawyer fees..

I was listening to a prosecuting attorney today on Fox. He acknowledged the extenuating circumstances of the neglect of this boy’s mental instability throughout his life and the neglect of numerous agencies to report his actions, his words, his internet photos and comments, or to take anything seriously, in Florida.
Already, the defense is offering a “Guilty” plea in exchange for taking the death penalty off the table, and going for life, he said. This would be a cheaper and faster path to trial, for Florida.
He believes the defense attorney’s will have a case, but the prosecution can go for the death penalty, given the heinous crime, please the public and the grieving families, and leave the actual outcome to the jury.
The killer has shown remorse, according to reports and is appearing to be emotionally spent, in court with his head down and no eye contact.
Personally, I thought the USA has law against the death penalty for the criminally insane. Perhaps, I’m wrong.
