I read this book shortly after its publication in 1994. It's a fascinating story by Terry Reed, recruited by Oliver North as a manufacturing/industrial machining expert and pilot instructor to set up the illegal machine gun manufacturing in Little Rock (Seth Ward - father-in-law of Webb Hubble) and the to oversee the flight training of Contra pilots.
While involved in the making and shipping of machine guns and training pilots in support of the Contra's, what he didn't know at the time was the method of payment - cocaine.
This is the Rosetta Stone of the airport in Mena, Arkansas, Iran Contra, Clinton Crimes, Henry Ives and Don Henry, Rose Law Firm, Chinese connection and is the backstory for later crimes/conspiracies including Vince Foster and the PROmis software, murder of ROn Brown, TWA 800, Oklahoma City, and Waco.
So much of this story still applies to today and being potentially revealed by Q. It was the beginning of what revealed to me to be the shadow government.
I attended a weekend meeting in Missouri for three years during the late 1990s in Grain Valley and Independence, Missouri known as "The Mid America Constitution Conference." Terry Reed was a guest speaker all three years. Other speakers included Retired USAF General Benton Partin (Oklahoma City bombing), Dr. Garth Nicholson (Gulf War Syndrome), Dr. Nick Begich (Angels Don't Play this HAARP), Dr. Eugene Schroder, the father of Private Michael New, Dr. Michael Coffman (the U.N.'s bio-diversity treaty), and former Cliton insider, L.D. Brown.
Interesting story, the third year was held at Independence High School in Independence, Missouri. I was in the auditorium and Terry Reed had just finished with his discussion. L.D. Brown was the next speaker and the two of them chatted for several minutes on the stage during the intermission. An old man and his son sat next to me. I leaned over and asked them if they understood the great irony of what was happening on the stage? they said, "No" so I proceeded to tell them that according to Reed's book, the man on the left (Brown) had been ordered by the CIA to assassinate the man on the right (Reed) several years earlier, but now that they both had understood the evil of their previous handlers were now on the same side. They nodded their astonishment and thought that was that. Well, a half hour later during the question/answer period, the old man stood and asked Brown if it was true that the CIA had order the hit on Reed in Mexico and that he was the appointed trigger man? Brown graciously declined to address the question. I sunk in my seat just waiting for the old man to point to me and declare to the entire room, "This man claims that you were given that order." Fortunately, that didn't happen. :)
I highly recommend this book. It's been 25 years in seeking reconciliation for what was done to this country.

Agreed great book. Bush senior is very bad news. Ironically i took a flight not long ago with one of the puruvian pilot that flew with Barry Seal.
Met and chatted with Terry and his loving wife.
Very authentic couple with a compelling story to tell.
I bought the book shortly after hearing Terry Reed’s story on late night talk radio, hosted by Ray Briem. I think he was still with 790KABC at the time. Fascinating.

Cia was using Mena as an import place then distribute said coke throughout the u.s. And as a shipment place for contra weapons.

Some guy wrote a book illustrating, to his own satisfaction, at least, that G.H.W. Bush killed JFK. Things are NEVER as they appear. Isn’t that what Qanon says?
I met Terry and he signed my book. Both he and L.D. Brown discussed with me how L.D. was sent down to Mexico by the CIA to take out a bad drug king. It turned out to actually be Reed and obviously Brown did not carry it out. Bill Clinton knew Brown was being sent to kill an innocent America and hope it would put a lid on the story being told. Also helped L.D. with a book tour when he came to SoCal.

Unfortunately it all continues to this day.
I hope and pray that President Trump doesn’t miss a step, for he surely will pay with his life if he should.
If anything, they are getting bolder by the day.

Terry was a true American hero for speaking the truth—that is what real “speaking truth to power” should be.
Trump is the only person capable on blowing the whistle on this mess. Bill Clinton was given his shot at the presidency by cooperating with massive drug shipments to his state.
