The police were supposedly called 39 times to the Cruz home. Has anyone reported who was making those calls, and what type of behavior prompted those calls? Surely the police have recordings, but so far, I haven’t seen anything in the news about that. And nothing more about the brother other than he was mandatorily placed in a mental hospital. Sounds like he could have been a behavior problem too.
I’m surprised we haven’t heard anything else about the younger brother. Maybe because he’s technically still a minor? Also I’m curious what was their adoption country of origin.
His mother and several neighbors had called the police: Assault, criminal trespass, voyeurism, animal abuse, destruction of private property, threats, trespassing, mail theft, curfew, noise ordinance, domestic violence, throwing rocks at cars (felony).
