I just watched one of those ID network crime shows about people who live with violent criminals. One guy threatened his older brother who locked him out of his house. Then the guy went out of state to live with his mother. He terrified her to the point of nearly choking her to death. So the authorities put him in a halfway house. He was okay for a while and then got someone to take him home (they both wanted to visit, it was not a surprise to her) where he beat his mother to death with a baseball bat. The older brother was warned that the guy might be on his way to kill him. They did catch the guy, but there were plenty of signs along the way to prevent his mother’s murder.
Violent people don’t seem to get locked up until they become violent criminals.
The role of LEO is not to prevent crime, it’s to catch criminals after, to manny Do-Gooder’s see race not the criminal. Same goes for the court system. It does not deal with Juvies beyond the violent ones, states don’t have prison space usually 1 juvy prison for the entire state. Where once we had Reform Schools, we now have Commutity Service playing basket ball with poor kids as punishment. Adult Prisions are not much better, more geared to Male than Female, to soft on prisoners, nurseries for mom’s, Cable TV for Death Row where they sit 30+ yrs until they die of old age fighting appeals even with DNA proof. Best medical care, food for their religions, bulk up gyms, congical visits. And it’s not all just Cali prisons that way.
If they catch them it’s 2-3 yrs till tried, meanwhile out on bail committing more crimes. The 11 Month 29 Day Penal Farm is a 30% serve rate, with most having 30-60 or more felonies each. DUI’s spend the weekend picking up trash even if it’s their 6th DUI on suspended license.
Rape kits pile up by the thousands in Memphis for a decade untested LIBERALS in charge of the city, Police, and schools, which are nothing but violence, sex, gangs, drugs dens and no control by Authorties. Memphis had 350 murders last year, several small children were killed while playing, sitting in a car or shot through a kitchen window washing dishes as one 14 yr old girl was. Not to mention the ones their mom’s boyfriend killed, or the mom in some cases.
I just saw that last night too. What struck me as odd was the one brother blowing off the threats early on that his younger brother wanted to kill him. After seeing the 1st letter with the drawing on there, I’d have taken it very seriously!
That's because we don't put non-criminals in prison.
