Well, this is the first hard-confirmation that Mueller’s report will not show Trump (and his people) were involved in anything with Russia, but will show Democrats were dirty as hell with them.
It will be released right before the midterms, and will contain bogus allegations that will be spread across the headlines non-stop for the last two weeks of the campaign, with cowardly GOP-E running away from Trump in panic. Then after the election the entire Fake Report will be debunked.
Yep. That’s the plan, Stan.
I think Occam’s Razor applies here.
Bob Casey, along with the rest of the anarchist, seditionists that make up the Democrat Party, clearly understand that after all these many months of nothing, that Mueller’s final report is going to slam the door on the Trump collusion subterfuge and make in fact point to Obama and Hillary as agents of sedition. Therefore, if Mueller doesn’t directly or indirectly finger Obama and Hillary, then the report will almost certainly confirm that this was all a witch hunt.
Two things.
1) Confirming Trump did nothing will allow at Trump and Republicans to wail about the Democrat partisan witch hunt.
2) Not releasing the final report before the 2018 mid-term election will allow Democrats and their corrupt MSM partners to continue the charade of Trump-Russia collusion and use that as their bludgeon on Republicans and their leverage for their base turnout. Issue that report with the known conclusion and you let all the air out of the Democrat’s 2018 election balloon.

Exactly right. My guess is Casey is setting up cover so the rats can say they were against an October release. I know Rosenweasel made it almost impossible bey there must be a way to impose a deadline on Muellers circus.
You’ve heard the saying “wise as a serpant”? Casey doesn’t even come close. His IQ may be slighty higher than the gravel which the serpant slithers through.

Mr. Mueller did not rule out capital punishment. The assembled reporters wearing Hillary 08 lapel pins rose in unison, stamped their feet and cheered, as MSNBC’s Chris Matthews vibrated in the front row as he was having thrills run up his legs.
The indictment stated that these foreign agents, aka, white men and women wearing MAGA hats, wrote anti-Hillary diatribes in the reader’s comments in the nation’s conservative journals and on the GOP website. To add insult to injury, they not only refused to watch the Fareed show on CNN, but congregated among other like-minded “Russians” at Tea Party events to freely spread vile, poisonous, unnatural and treasonous ideas right out of the US Constitution, Thos Paine’s Common Sense, Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged, the Bible, and the Federalist.
The indictment said that some defendants “communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign named Donald Jr., Ivanka, and an evil Little Me midget only identified as ‘Baron,’...” without disclosing their links to Russian dressing, subversive books by Leo Tolstoy, and sour pickles imported from Volvograd.
The indictment charges all defendants with conspiracy to defraud the Clintons, Barack Obama, and Nairobi, Kenya, all of whom correctly voted for Hillary. Most disturbingly, said Mueller, all they got for their efforts after having spent $1.2 billion for the campaign were red MAGA baseball caps. Three other defendants were charged with conspiracy for having an opinion other than that approved by the Reverends Jeremiah Wright, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton. Five defendants were charged with aggravated FAKE NEWS that departs from the Current Truth which states that the US economy is in free fall and Hillary Clinton is the nation’s legitimate president.
The illegal voting by Trump fans under Russian control to get a Russian spy elected to the nation’s highest office was a Vast Right Wing Conspiracy against Hillary Clinton, Mueller said. He added, “After all Hillary did win the presidency and the popular vote of Mahattan’s Upper West Side, Brooklyn’s Park Slope, and Berkeley and Hollywood. It would be proper for these areas to choose America’s president, after all the rest of the nation are morons and should have no say in the matter” said Mueller.

If you release the report and there are no charges of collusion, you will impact the 2018 elections, by proving we lie, and will be interfering with our plan to take the House in 2018.
Wait until after the election, and we can claim it is old news. Especially if we are able to take the House and file Impeachment proceedings based upon our political rant of collusion.
Because he suspects strongly that the report will be devastating to democrats who have been stoking this collusion/corruption narrative for over a year while knowing full well that it is false.
