The federal government should not be involved in training plumbers of any color.
We do offer grants and loans for students to study urban development, African studies, Black History for 4 to 9 years at a much higher cost at major universities. Why not encourage and support trades where people can get real jobs?

Maybe blacks don’t want to crawl around in poo all day long. Hanging out on street corners selling crack is a lot easier.
Wrong, there is nothing wrong with government helping to set up trade schools and/or helping students to attend. That is exactly what this country need as we are terribly short handed in the construction trades.
