Mueller, going after a few Russians, has found a good way to gracefully “admit” that his original target (Trump) is innocent of wrong doing. Perhaps, when those terrible Russians have been cleared, Mueller will find another group of scape goats to chase. He is making a lifetime career in "witch hunting".

Indictment of 13 Russian Nationals who will never set foot in the United States again and thus will not be brought to trial. No discovery, cross examination, or presentation of evidence in open court with the potential for embarrassment to the former administration. Just another opportunity to criticize the current administration for covering up by refusing to secure their extradition.
