The ink had barely dried on Barry’s Inauguration oath when the Democrats rushed through the stimulus bill in 2009, and he assured everyone there were thousands of “shovel ready” projects ready to go.
The U.S. taxpayers saw a few Obama rainbow signs at construction sites in NYC, dutifully covered by the lackeys in the Democrat media, but not one bridge was repaired or replaced.Several “green” companies made out like the bandits they were and then declared bankruptcy. Billions disappeared and the Republicans in D. C. sucked their thumbs.
So, if he has never gotten over the fact , is it out of the President’s control to learn all of the facts about this CASH to Iran and report it to the People? On a scale of 1 to 10 how angry is he?

You need to add in tbe other $300B to that $890B and then multiply by 8. Once any money is budgeted it never gets removed.
