I am a FS fan, and have always enjoyed Adam’s skating.

This silly fawning over him because he mentioned his dismay at VP Pence’s anti-gay marriage stance is ludicrous.

In fact, I have wondered whether Rippon actually initiated the comment or was goaded/enticed into making the comment as part of the left-wing media on NBC’s animus toward Trump-Pence. On the day Adam was going to do his long program during the team competition, he was asked again [how many times was he asked?] about his identification as gay, and it seemed to me that he brushed off the question and said he was concentrating on his skating.

Personally I am not supportive of gay lifestyles, nor their openness of their sexuality as though we are interested in it. If an athlete is at the Olympics, let him/her compete - who cares about who they are sleeping with - it’s a bit boring actually.
