I absolutely think that particular building should be razed. Divert lottery money to pay for it.
I heard a student on the radio the afternoon of the shooting saying that the building where this took place is called the Freshmen Building, three stories, and was not connected to the main school building in any way (no walk passages). Doesn’t make it any less an added expense to tear down and rebuild, though.
