Yes, it is time to disband the FBI, which has become corrupted because it has been given too much power. And as Lord Acton said, Power Corrupts.
Do we need a national police force? I’m inclined to doubt it for the reason written above. No, a national police force is a bad idea, especially in a corrupt nation where corrupt Cultural Marxists have taken over the entire government.
We lived in Canada for four years. They have a national police force, the famous Royal Canadian Mounted Police, which is sort of a national state police and FBI combined.
I went to a Canadian university and made friends with a very quiet Mounty who was seeking a degree and promotion. He was the kind of man we would all like to see doing police work.
This particular Mounty didn’t tell me this story, but one of the other guys who lived in an isolated interior British Columbia “Aborigine” community did.
Every once in a while the duty mounty would be transferred out and a new one would come in. The natives called the mounties “horsemen.” The new horseman would walk into the bars and ask who the meanest badass in town was. When he found out the horseman would challenge the badass for a little fisticuffs. The horseman always won because he had to. If he didn’t he’d be transferred right out.
The horsemen and the badasses came to an understanding. And so did the other people in town.
But that was over 50 years ago. Don’t know how things are done today.
