I disagree.

Sending children to school in prisons is a characteristic of a totalitarian society.

Eliminating compulsory education laws would be a far more effective approach. You cannot have kids coming home from school talking about the deranged loser who everyone knows is just a powder keg waiting to explode -- with nobody able to do anything about it except wait for the explosion and hope he doesn't take too many victims with him.

BINGO.

As if any PRIVATE institution would have put up w/ violations of policy, acting out, disruption of education....Not when it could/would effect their BOTTOM LINE (IE: parent/guardian pulling their brood out and the $$ stops flowing)

Terminate the DoEd, terminate any/all property taxes & make parent(s)\guardian(s) responsible for the education of their children as they would do if they went to college.
