Why?

So he can join his Global Elite comrades in the Senate.

How does he expect to represent Utah when he doesn’t live there?

He holds no such expectation. Why should he be any different from his Global Elite Senate comrades who aren’t there to serve their constituents?

They are only there to please their donor owners thereby enriching themselves.
