Then there is gonna be one hell of a lawsuit filed..the school did NOT protect the students..they took the “Rights” of this one scum bag over the rest of the school..they knew he was dangerous but didnt care
To be fair to the district, the state legislature may hamstring their ability to remove dangerous students. But I’d that is the case, why hasn’t anyone from the district been raising a stink?
Also, I’ve seen three ages given for perp: 20, 19, 18. He keeps getting younger.
