Can you imagine the horrid impact not having food stamps to trade for cash to by drugs will have on the inner city feral population? Drug dealers will fall un hard times, jewelry shops will suffer when no one buys bling, pimps will be impacted by not being able to drug up their gals. Oh the humanity!

Maybe the Libs have something. By allowing EBT cards for cash withdrawals, they think they are preventing robberies etc. by those who have no other way of funding their drug addiction. (sarc).
I wonder if EBT cards contribute to drug addictions, or even the addition to EBT cards themselves.
