The appeal of the Left is now, and always has been, to people who hate reality. We should all pray for the security of our President and his loved ones. There is a neurotic cesspool of hate driven wackos out there, produced by a corrupted educational system.
Leftists have worn many labels: communist, socialist, Nazi, progressive, Maoist, etc. Whatever the label, the political movement started by Marx and those from whom he drew his inspiration, has been responsible for the suffering and slaughter of more human beings than any political movement ever devised. We must never excuse it in any way. They are not sick. They simultaneously crave power and no personal responsibility.
