Where is the proof? I have never heard of a single drone attacking Israel. NOT ONE! What a joke. There is no proof it was from Syria. This is a pretext for aggression but it will backfire badly!! We need to condemn this madness before Israel starts WWIII!!

The Syrians and Iranians will tell you that the drone was doing recon in the Golan where the border is what either side wants to say it is.
They will also say the recon was against anti-Assad jihadist rebels (al-Qaeda).
Every time Israel goes into action in Syria the contention from the Syrian side is that Israel is helping the rebels in Syria (aka “al-Qaeda”).
There is no proof it was armed. True.
But it was flying over Israel. They shot it down and it landed in Israel. Hard to deny it was over Israel conducting surveillance. Why conduct surveillance unless planning an attack ?
Since it was an Iranian made drone, copied exactly from the US made drone that was shot down over Iran, and Iran is too far away from Israel for the drone to fly, where do you think it launched from ?
