AG Jeff Sessions Must be Fired or He Must Resign – It’s the Only Way to Save the Republic (tr)
Gateway Pundit ^ | February 10, 2018 | Jim Hoft

For months it’s been clear that AG Sessions is a total failure. He recused himself and then hired crook Rod Rosenstein as Asst AG who then created the crooked Mueller investigation. If this republic is to continue, Sessions must go!

The US cannot have multiple layers of laws. It’s impossible to have some individuals who do not have to abide by the same laws as the rest of the population. We also cannot stand for the corrupt FBI, DOJ and State Departments (amongst others) that are able to spy, lie and assault Americans for faulty crimes. Obama’s Administration was corrupt and dishonest at all levels and so it’s no surprise that the entire federal government is corrupt. These people must be swept out. It’s starts with AG Sessions!

AG Sessions praised Asst AG Rosenstein the same day Rosenstein was identified in the FISA memo as one of the individuals who signed off on the slanderous FISA memo to spy on President Trump. Mueller’s investigation is full of former Clinton and Obama corrupt cronies. The FBI and DOJ continue to delay and prevent Congress from seeing information requested for month. Much of the information is unnecessarily redacted from the individuals (Congress) who has the mandate to oversee these same institutions.

Many Congressman are calling for Jeff Sessions to resign or be replaced and have for months –

One video on the Internet explains Sessions’ immense failures. (The only point not relevant is related to the suggestion of moving DOJ official Rachel Brand up to oversee the Mueller investigation. This is not possible now as she resigned from the DOJ on Friday.)

We’ve been calling for this for months. Jeff Sessions is deep state. He must go!

Jim Hoft is on Jim Hoft’s side. Looking to get as many hits as possible. Sad thing is despite the flood of posts that make the Nat’l Enquirer look like CSPAN, if 25% of the stuff on GP is true, and that is likely, then one thing that keeps it from beingbtaken seriously is the other 75%.

You are completely mistaken about what a real AG does. Were you aware of Guiliani’s investigation and SUCCESSFUL prosecution of the Five Families? No, of course not.

Publicizing this work is exactly what a good AG does NOT do, unless you are just looking for trials in the media or acquittals.

Ever hear of jury tampering?

Good question. Some people have suggested Rudy Giuliani.

If DJT wanted to keep sessions, he wouldn’t have told the NYT he’d have never appointed him if he’d known sessions would recuse himself.

Yup.

Here's the transcript...

Not only are the critics impatient they are completely clueless as illustrated by the absurd theories about how an AG should carry out serious business. Smearing one of the finest men in the nation is despicable and shows an overwhelming hatred.

I wonder if Gateway Pundit Jim Holt has ever contemplated that the Mueller investigation is a sting by the FBI to entrap those who are “resistant” to Trump by luring them to serve on Mueller’s team?

FBI employees Peter Strzok and Lisa Page apparently were enticed into Mueller’s investigation where they were exposed.

There is a lot of mystery surrounding the Mueller team and how they were formed. Why would Jeff Sessions recuse himself?

Why are Mueller, Rod Rosenstein and Jim Comey Republicans?

White hats in Congress are already working hard behind the scenes to prevent any “blue ribbon comission” to investigate the sedition. They are pressing hard for another Special Counsel instead. Head them off at the pass.

Neither of which would be necessary if we had an unrecused pitt bull AG.

The IG report will seriously amplify calls for all 3: SC, blue ribbon lanel, or new AG. How Sessions reacts—which way he goes, which he fights—will definitively tell us which side he is on.

Unfortunately, I believe it would fall on Rosenstein to actually make the appointment. That could be...interesting. Or Congress can pass a law to do it. Like they’ve done before. Ken Starr most recent.

When an AG says under oath that they are going to be recused on all matters connected to Hillary, it's absurd not to take him at his word.

The number from these docs are misleading. No one reads this except interns and peons. Then they are boxed up for a docu dump with the main pages copied. Of course everything has to be checked. that is why they have an unlimited number of workers assigned. An example: IG dumped 1.2 million docs on a few desks in Jan. ‘18. Does this mean something happened? where are the results? No where. The slight of hand is used by both sides.

The Inspector General will be releasing a report on the FBI and DOJ, (both under Sessions) by April. At that time, he will move and probably move swiftly. He doesn’t need to move until then, and it will be better if he doesn’t. If he fires anyone or shuts down the Mueller investigation before the IG report, the optics will be that Trump is guilty of obstruction of justice. But the IG investigation started before President Trump was even elected. Any firings, prosecutions, or reorganizations that come about due to the IG report can’t be blamed on President Trump. The IG report will detail the corruption publically, and so what happens will be fully understood by the public to be justified.

As logical and hopeful as that might sound, a smart person might want to consider the possibility that the IG report will be just another DOJ exercise in politically expedient CYA.

The only reason Strzok and Page haven’t been fired, is Sessions. A visible AG would have done that when the texts came to light. Yet, there they are still. Also would have fired McCabe. Yet he gets to retire with pension. And man don’t get me started on Lois Lerner...jeeze. Sessions simply said nope.

Pres. Trump’s statements there are what stuck him with Sessions. If he would have just asked for his resignation privately, he wouldn’t have been stuck. The senators who would be needed for confirmation trusted Sessions more than the President, and held the President responsible for improper vetting.

So, the President should either take his revenge on Sessions at the earliest possible time, or the President’s comments to Haberman were some kind of cover for Sessions.
