You know...I remember watching my first Olympics in the 70s and proudly pulling for the USA.
I remember the pride of being an American when we beat the Ruskies in hockey. We didn't play basketball on Sunday afternoon to watch us play for the gold and win. Prior to that I think I'd seen about 2 minutes of a hockey game.
I've always supported our athletes....until now.
