I wonder how many citizens were jumped over so she could get her transplant? Then too, who is paying for it? >hint<
To be fair, the rule change only allowed the woman to begin the preliminary stuff (testing, paperwork) to get on the transplant list. She couldn’t even get on the list until the rule was changed. So, she has not had a transplant.
