A top House Democrat is challenging the core conclusion of the memo released by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes on Friday, calling the allegation that the Justice Department and FBI withheld key details as they sought a secret surveillance warrant on former Trump adviser Carter Page ‘deliberately misleading and deeply wrong on the law.’”

he Democrats and their media cheering section have failed to address the corruption and criminal activity behing the so called dossier.

They have merely attempted to misdirect public attention and concern from their own misdeeds and keep attention on a non-stop Russia-Trump collusion investigation/witch hunt that has yet failed to produce a single shred of credible evidence.

Memo Wars: Democrats’ Leaks Are More Proof of Deep State-Media Collusion:

The Deep State controls the news media from the national level to our local levels. At all levels the Deep State mediots cover and protect their criminal rats and spew out Fake News. Their current attempts to derail the reality of FISA Gate is incredible.

The Deep State, also, controls our DOJ/FBI, most of Congress, all of their elected Democrats at every level and liberal judges across America. This is done by controlling the election funding at all levels, and the funding of the Fake News over real news at all levels, again, which controls the media at every level.

Memo wars?

Devin Nunes released his memo, and there wasn’t any disclosures of sensitive or confidential material.

The democrats want their memo to be released by Trump, with no redaction or changes, which democrats know contains confidential information.

What Trump should do is to send the democrats’ memo back to Schiff. Then, Schiff can use the Nunes memo as an example of the type of information that can be contained in a memo. Trump nor the FBI should have to change the memo. Let the democrats modify it to comply with intelligence regulations, and then, Trump can review it and release it if complies expected FBI snd CIA and DOJ regulations.

I submit that Trump must punt to the FBI. The FBI whined about the Nunes Memo which, AFAIK, was and is entirely unexceptionable as far as actually compromising sources and methods.

Trump should simply tell the FBI that he has seen that they are highly sensitive to releasing sources and methods, and he will release the Democrat memo exactly as the FBI redacts it.

Trump plays good cop, FBI the bad. Unless of course the FBI allows actual compromise of sources and methods - in which case both Schiff and the FBI will be embarrassed. But not Trump.

That’s the way to play hardball, IMHO. And that is the name of this game.
