Like a pesky, bad cold that lingers on and on, failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton refuses to go away. She and the Left in general refuse to acknowledge that Donald Trump beat her fair and square last November, and so she keeps clinging to the periphery of the national conversation, blaming everyone and everything but herself for her election loss to Trump. In particular, she insists on pinning the failure largely on America's misogyny and sexism."
Fox News reports that Hillary, who has struggled to fill her copious free time with such events as Costco book signings while President Trump makes America great again, spoke Monday about the importance of female leadership during a panel segment at Georgetown University. That's when she spoke up yet again about her victimization as a female candidate.
Any of you whove read my book about 'what happened' know that I think misogyny and sexism was part of that campaignit was one of the contributing factors, said Hillary. Some of it was old-fashioned sexism and the refusal to accept the equality of women, and certainly the equality of womens leadership.
For the umpteenth time, sexism and misogyny had nothing to do with it. Americans would have had no resesrvations whatsoever putting a worthy female candidate in the Oval Office. Instead, her loss had everything to do with the fact that Hillary is the most corrupt, vindictive, dishonest, greedy, and personally unlikeable candidate in our time, if not in American history -- not to mention her political radicalism.
Clinton told the audience that the way forward for womens equality was through the ballot box.
Certainly, voting remains the principal way that every individual can express an opinion, Clinton said. And anyone who chooses not to vote, basically leaves that opinion to others and perhaps dont hold your values.
As Fox News pointed out, in her election post-mortem titled What Happened, Hillary attributed her loss to other factors as well, such as voter ID laws, Those Damn Emails, the unprecedented intervention in our election by former FBI director James Comey, and the audacious warfare waged from the Kremlin.
Yeah... no, there was no Russian intervention or voter suppression, and "Those Damn Emails" were her own fault. This was all on you, Hillary. Now go away.
Is she still wearing the boot for her broken toe?
Hillary and her fans have also blamed her loss on B. Obama, Comey, and even her makeup artist. The list keeps growing.
Har, har...drink some more wine or whatever, Hildawg.
Add to #1- DEEP abiding, eternal, simmering, volatile HATRED of that Arkansas trailer trash murderer elected Trump. THANK GOD!
She is trapped in Groundhog Day. Uh, HOW long ago was the election??
Your point, while accurate, does not meet the criteria for my list. I only include explanations that have been advanced by Hillary, by her cheerleaders in the media, or by her surrogates. Reasons that are actually valid are unlikely to make the list. Remember - Hillary was flawlessly perfect.
Clinton & Carter ==neither will just go away. Like a bad case of lice you cannot get rid of on your kids heads.
Repetition is a symptom of Alzheimer disease.
No, Hillary, it’s because you are something that rhymes with “punt”.
I agree. Hillary’s whining is getting tiresome. On the bright side, it turns voters against the Dems.
“”And anyone who chooses not to vote, basically leaves that opinion to others and perhaps dont hold your values.””
Drinking more these days, Hillary? Giving up the title of “smartest woman in the world?
“perhaps don’t hold your values”... How about “doesn’t hold your values?”
“”I think misogyny and sexism was part of that campaign””
She attributes everything negative that went on during the campaign(s) on the Trump organization and not where it came from - the media and left wingers. They threw out the accusations therefore, it’s was the fault of the campaign. I can do without such reasoning in my life, thank you!!
“”A full-blown public take down that leaves no doubt in the mind of rational people the world over that she is venal, evil, corrupt and GUILTY.””
AND at the end we all get to hear her say once more:
“What difference at this point does it make?”
