Johnson: And then on May 19th we have a big gapa five-month gap. And now the texts begin again. This is two days after Mueller was appointed Special Counsel. Strzock writestheyre talking back and forth about their future at the FBI given the recent appointment of Mueller. Theyre talking about what they ought to do. And it indicates their considering joining that Mueller Special Counsel investigation.
Johnson: Strzok says, quote, You and I both know the odds are nothing. If I thought it was likely, Id be there no question. I hesitate in part because of my gut sense and concern theres no big there there. And so were getting insight into exactly whats happening inside the FBI at the highest levels.

Johnson: Yeah, theyre wondering, and we think theyre probably considering whether or not they want to join that team, Strzok says, quote, You and I both know the odds are nothing. If I thought it was likely, Id be there no question. I hesitate in part because of my gut sense and concern theres no big there there.
