Honestly, I think the Mueller investigation has about come to its fruitless end, with or without the memo. The memo is really about something else and needs its own special prosecutor.
If that is so, then why release what was already known by most of us. Until people are arrested and put on trial, the memo is a waste of time, money and paper.
Just another example of bread and circuses. Keep the people entertained and the Deep State can do whatever it wants.

It doesn’t have affect on investigation but it does affect the outcome. The act of publishing the memo by the house of Representatives in support of Trump is huge. It indicates that a GOP house will not impeach. It gives house members cover for the upcoming elections. Politically it is a checkmate on the Mueller investigation.
The best memo from the Senate will likewise provide a strong message that the Senate will never remove Trump. This process sends clear message to Muller and deep state that Trump is here to stay.
Finally, the inspector general report will seal the deal. After that both Trump and GOP will be immune against Russia, Russia, Russia and obstruction of Justice charge.
With this memo, Trump has turned the corner on possible impeachment because the GOP has come to his side.
That’s too bad. I was hoping to see Comey, Mueller and their gang of Clintoonie Gangstah “Lawyers” all doing the perp walk.

1) Convene a Grand Jury
2) Present Evidence to It
3) Issue an Indictment
4) Present charges to Federal or State Court
5) Plead those charges in front of a jury
6) Convict anyone of anything
7) Pass a sentence or imprison anyone.

Exactly...this is a marathon, not a sprint. This stuff has been going on for years and is deeply entrenched. It will not be able to be disassembled in weeks or months. Probably take the entire first term or longer. But disassembled, it will be. Most of it will be on its own...it will fall slowly, and will be ugly in the meantime.
Maybe CNN or PMSNBC has offered a lucrative gig to him after he departs his office.
