If we mean that “white America” means the values, thrift, hard work, and morals we inherited from the Protestant reformation in Northern Europe, Then I am in favor of “white American” values. To the extent that peoples from all over the world adopt these principles they are hardily welcomed into “white America”!
To the extent that peoples from all over the world adopt these principles they could stay home, make their native sh!tholes successful, and save the price of the plane/boat tickets.

"Racist" is a neologism, likely first used by Trotsky, which has no fixed meaning and is deployed in the service of power.
In its current usage, it denotes whites, and only whites, who notice differences between their group, on average, and other groups, on average.
And this is perfectly reasonable, since all other racial groups not only notice, but organize themselves around, their differences from each other and from whites.
Only whites contain a significant fraction of people who "don't see race", and, as you correctly point out, their behavior does not conform to their stated view, as they flee into gated communities, the Appalachians, Northern New England, the intermountain West, and the Pacific Northwest, anywhere they can get to to avoid "diversity" without appearing to be "racist".
But it is incorrect to describe these people as "the real racists", since their behavior is entirely normal and sensible, certainly nothing to be scorned or stigmatized. That they want to leave other whites behind to enjoy "diversity" is perhaps hypocritical, but, knowing so many of these goodwhites as I do, I actually think they believe (consciously) what they profess, and they repress, in a classically neurotic conflict, how their actions diverge from their "beliefs".

The apostles of diversity have only one goal: undermining the cohesiveness without which no country can long survive.
In the whole wide world, only 16% of the people are white. Whites are the real minority. 84% of the whole wide world is non-white, and most that is shi+holes.
White people are the true minority in earth terms. And the left is determined to destroy that. Mark my words, if white folks were to disappear, this planet would shortly thereafter turn into a smoking nuclear cinder, after the brown tribesmen went at it with each other with nuclear weapons.

Specific types of diversity can be important.
If you wanted to create something new (think Manhattan Project), you wouldn’t collect a group from diverse IQ scores. It wouldn’t help to have stupid people on the project.
However, you may want to have both engineers and scientists on the project. Diversity among solid academic skills. In this case, neither color nor gender is a factor.
But progressives continually divide our population into groups, pitting them against each other. Racial lines, income lines, gender lines, ad nauseam. Divide and conquer.
In that sense, diversity helps their mission. And the propaganda is relentless.

They (the commies in our schools) are teaching our kids that they should be ashamed because their white.. Racism is becoming almost unbearable in our country but it's NOT because of the color of our skin... It's because of the politics of the democratic party... I honestly believe it's going to lead us to civil war...
If those of color don't soon wise up to what the dimocraps are doing to them, I'm afraid there will be no place left for them to hide...
I think the telling thing about this article and the one who wrote it is this... He doesn't seem to realize that he too is a citizen of the United States... Then again, maybe he ain't... :(

Does this person actually understand what s/he wrote? That by taking in only people ... “who are skilled, who want to work, who will contribute to our society, and who will love and respect our country” we would be excluding People of Color? S/he is saying quite clearly that People of Color don’t want to work, won’t contribute to our society and won’t love and respect our country. Talk about racist!!! If a white person ever said any such thing, they’d be strung up.
Indeed. The Left are the ones judging a person by the color of his skin rather than the content of his character.

So, the article strongly implies that if you are not white, you are probably unskilled, lazy, a leech, and hate and disrespect your country. I believe that is an incredibly racist point of view. Of course, most white liberals are nasty racists. They love “other” people...at a distance, preferrably as long as possible.
