Regardless of party, Congress has no advise and consent role over firings in the Executive Branch. These morons think we’re a Parliamentary system. We’re not. Trump should not only fire Rosenstein but order an immediate investigation and prosecution.

Andrew Johnson was impeached, but not convicted, over this. Congress had passed a law, over Johnson’s veto, saying that he could not fire officials without Congress’s approval. The law was later repealed and later Supreme Court rulings implied that the law was Unconstitutional.

Absolutely. What? Does Rosenstein’s s**T not stink? Yes, it does and he is complicit in the “The Memo” being handled as it was. Fire him, indict him and get rid of him.

Why are we waiting on this? Mr Trump?
